Shipping Policy

More often than not we have stock on hand and your order will ship in two or three days after we receive it by UPS, FedEx or other commercial carrier, or by US Mail if shipping to a P.O. Box. Items out of stock will normally ship within two weeks but could take as long as three or four weeks depending on the particular artist and our production schedule.

Return/Refund Policy

Any product received damaged or defective will be immediately replaced or refunded. However, some imperfection is inherent in the process and signifies the hand crafted nature of the piece.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information you provide to complete an order or to set up a customer account is secure and is only for the purpose of filling your order. Cedar Mesa Products does not share information with anyone for any purpose.

At no time are credit card or bank account numbers stored on our website or Internet server. This information is handed off directly in real-time to our credit card clearinghouse. The clearinghouse provides an approval or denial code and credit card numbers are purged from our system.

In the event of recurring billing, the account number is stored in our billing department accessible offline from the internet and accessible only by our management.
