Chris Blackhorse is our most recent addition to the Collector Gallery. He is the youngest brother of Leo Blackhorse and has learned the extremely detailed and painstaking art of two-tone etching from him. Two-tone etching is done by painting layers of color on a piece and then etching away the those layers to reveal the color hidden beneath. Imagine the skill required to etch away one layer of paint without going through the next layer and you begin to realize how truelly special each of these pieces is.
Most recently Chris brought in three beautiful miniature bells that can serve as christmas ornaments.
