More often than not we have stock on hand and your order will ship in two or three days after we receive it by UPS, FedEx or other commercial carrier, or by US Mail if shipping to a P.O. Box. Items out of stock will normally ship within two weeks but could take as long as three or four weeks depending on the particular artist and our production schedule. We will notify you if we expect any delay.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

As you'll see in your tour of this website, Cedar Mesa Pottery's manufacturing processes are of the highest standard. If a piece of Cedar Mesa Pottery is broken or defective when you receive it we will give you an immediate replacement or refund your money. Some imperfection is inherent in the process and signifies the hand crafted nature of the piece.
